Muse is a non-profit 501(c)3 foundation established in 2001 by parents, teachers, and members of the Mendocino community. Since then, MUSE has made grants at all grade levels and in all academic areas. Funds are allocated on an annual basis by trustees that represent parents, educators, and community members. As state and local budgets make greater cuts to school funding and as small community districts struggle with declining enrollment, we must work harder than ever to raise funds to keep our schools vital. |
